Ah, Wreck Beach. Few cities can compete with Vancouver for a sense of fun than Vancouver B.C. (the only other city that comes to mind is Amsterdam). San Francisco is equally crazy, but not quite as fun. Rio is close behind but too dangerous to completely relax in.
